1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 5 Days Prior to Check-in: Guests can cancel their reservation without any charges up to 5 days before the check-in date. In this case, a full refund of the booking amount will be issued.
• Same Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method.
• No-shows: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date and no prior cancellation notice is provided, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

2. How to Cancel a Booking

• Cancellations will be confirmed via email once processed.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

• Any additional fees (such as processing fees or taxes) paid at the time of booking may not be refundable, depending on the terms specified during the booking process.

5. Changes to Booking

• If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change the check-in or check-out date), please contact us at least 5 days before your scheduled arrival. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

• In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or any situation beyond the control of Cashew Leaf Resort, we reserve the right to waive cancellation fees. Please contact us for more information if such circumstances arise.
